ShellPrompt allows you to enter program names with arguments, providing
completion for arguments, too:

You enter		The prompt is
ema			ema
<TAB>			emacs
<SPC>
~/.ba			emacs ~/.ba
<TAB>			emacs ~/.bashrc
<RET>			(The command gets executed, the prompt
			disappears.)
